How will my product(s) be shipped?
Product(s) will be shipped UPS to mailing addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
What do I have to do for returns?
Please email us for your return first. Return at your own expense within 30 days. Return the unused portion in original packaging, with your invoice, an explanation as to why it is returned, sign and date. We offer you a replacement without charge on the same item(s), credit toward the purchase of another GNLD product, or a full refund of the purchase price. We do not refund the shipping or tax if taxable.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. The Tracking Number will be emailed to your email address when shipped.

U.S., Alaska and Hawaii
