How will my product(s) be shipped?
Product(s) will be shipped FedEx, USPS to mailing addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
What is the delivery time for my order?

What do I have to do for returns?

Return within 30 days. Return the unused portion in original packaging, with your invoice, an explanation as to why it is returned, sign and date. We offer you a replacement without charge on the same item(s), credit toward the purchase of another NeoLife product, or a full refund of the purchase price. We do not refund the shipping or tax if taxable.
Will I get a tracking number when my item(s) are shipped?
Yes. The Tracking Number will be emailed to your email address when your order is shipped.
